Parking in the centre of České Budějovice is often a lottery — not at VIVIEN. Each of the five apartments has its own reserved space, so you do not have to compete for it. Just get in touch beforehand with your dates so we can arrange it for you.

Arrival and entry
Gate
Daily 6:00–18:00 it is open. In the evening and at night on call — your number must be on the authorised list in advance (especially for late arrivals).
Recommended steps
- Stopping directly in front of the house is not allowed. For a short luggage drop-off, stop onthe opposite side of the street, about 30 m from the house.
- We will welcome you and hand over the apartment.
- Then drive to the car park (Chelčického 95/15, 239 m, 3 min on foot).

From reservation to departure
Online check-in is not extra paperwork — it is how we stay in touch. It tells us when you will arrive, so we can have everything ready and nothing comes as a surprise. We send the information in advance, step by step, so arrival stays calm.
1. Online check-in
Complete it right after booking, it only takes a few minutes. You received the link by e-mail or in your messages where you booked. Right after it we send you your personal guide and you will know everything about your arrival.
2. Your guide
In your language and just for your apartment. You choose your arrival time, and if you come by car, the car park gate opens with a call from your phone and the guide leads you right to your own parking space.
3. Welcome
We welcome you in person, show you the apartment and briefly check your ID. At that moment your entry PINs for the whole stay appear in your guide.
4. Stay and departure
Missing something? Write to us right from the guide. You choose your departure time in it during your stay, ideally as early as possible (check-out by 10:00), and we say goodbye to you in person.
Arrival rules
- Give us your arrival time in the guide in advance. An approximate time is enough. Correct a change straight away.
- Message us about 15 minutes before you arrive. We then wait 10 minutes for the agreed time. If you do not arrive and we have to come out again, we charge 300 Kč for that.
- If you do not send us a time in advance, we hand the apartment over within an hour of the moment you let us know you are on site.
- Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00. Later you pay 100 Kč for each half-hour commenced, according to the actual arrival, on the spot. Later arrival is possible until 22:00 at the latest.
- We hand the apartment over in person after checking the documents. You receive the codes only at the handover.

Television with Lepší.TV: over 150 channels, including catch-up
Every apartment has a television with the Lepší.TV app, signed in and included in the stay.
Turn on the TV and press the home button on the remote.
In the menu, choose the first item, the Lepší.TV app.
Watch channels live or catch up for up to 30 days.
Channels in your language too: German (ZDF, Das Erste, 3sat), English (CNN International, Bloomberg), French (France 2, TV5MONDE), Polish (Polsat, TVN) and Ukrainian (1+1 International, ICTV). YouTube is on the TV as well.

Personal meeting on arrival
Before you first go in, we welcome you in person and show you the apartment and the most important equipment. At that moment your entry PINs for the whole stay appear in your guide.
Handover on departure
You choose your departure time in the guide during your stay, ideally as early as possible. We briefly go through the apartment with you and take it over in person.
No smoking
We do not smoke in the apartments, shared spaces, or by the house — including e-cigarettes. This also applies to open flames and scented candles.
Bicycles
Bicycles do not belong in the apartment. Storage is arranged individually — write to us before arrival with what you need.
No pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed — neither in the apartments nor in shared spaces.
Quiet evenings
We are a small house in the middle of the city. Please be considerate of neighbours, especially in the evening and at night.
