   Arriving by car? Message us right away

   We can only reserve a parking space for you if you send us a text message to ••• ••• ••• as soon as possible. Ideally right now. Please include:

   • that you would like a parking space,
   • the phone number you will use to open the car park gate,
   • your car's licence plate number.

   We have to register your number in the gate system in advance, so this cannot be left to the last minute. Without this message, we unfortunately cannot provide a parking space.

   When the gate is open

   On weekdays (Monday to Friday) the gate is open from 6:00 to 18:00. In the evening, at night and all day at weekends it is closed. You open it by making a phone call to +420 725 582 214. Nobody will answer: you will hear a busy tone and the gate will start to open.

   Krok 02

   For the gate to open

   • Call from the phone number you gave us in advance. If your phone has two SIM cards, call from the one with that number.
   • Make a regular phone call, not via WhatsApp or any other app.
   • Your number must not be hidden (switch off caller ID blocking).

   Your landmark is the corner of the building with the LIBRA ELECTRONICS sign (seen head-on). The car park entrance is by the brown fence with the „Parkovací místa“ (parking) sign.

   Enter the courtyard and continue towards the passage under the round NuArt sign (the wall with the ELECTRONICS sign is on your right).

   Drive through the passage

   

   Drive through the passage to the other side. The gate has a 3.3 m height limit. Mind the height of your vehicle.

   After the passage bear right

   

   After the passage, bear gently right. The parking spaces are along the opposite wall.

   Down the stairs

   

   Go down the stairs from your floor to the ground floor. At the end of the corridor, you will see the glass door leading to the garden.

   The glass door is at the end of the ground-floor corridor. On the right-hand side next to the door, there is a keypad.

   Enter the code

   

   Enter the code on the keypad and confirm it. The door will unlock and open to the garden.

   Телебачення з Lepší.TV: понад 150 програм, зокрема з відкладеним переглядом

   У кожному апартаменті є телевізор із додатком Lepší.TV, увійдений і включений у вартість перебування.

   1. Увімкніть телевізор і на пульті натисніть кнопку домашньої сторінки.
   2. У меню оберіть перший пункт — додаток Lepší.TV.
   3. Дивіться програми наживо або з відкладеним переглядом до 30 днів.

   Програми також вашою мовою: німецькі (ZDF, Das Erste, 3sat), англійські (CNN International, Bloomberg), французькі (France 2, TV5MONDE), польські (Polsat, TVN) та українські (1+1 International, ICTV). На телевізорі є й YouTube.

   Co u nás platí, jednoduše a napřímo

   Без куріння

   В апартаментах, спільних приміщеннях і біля будинку не куримо, зокрема електронні сигарети. Те саме стосується відкритого вогню й ароматичних свічок.

   Велосипеди

   Велосипеди в апартаменти не належать. Зберігання вирішуємо індивідуально. Напишіть нам перед приїздом, що вам потрібно.

   Без тварин

   Домашніх тварин у нас на жаль не дозволено. Це стосується апартаментів і спільних приміщень.

   Тиша ввечері

   Ми маленький будинок посеред міста. Просимо про повагу до сусідів, особливо ввечері й уночі.

    Check-out до 10:00. Увечері перед виїздом разом домовимося про точний час. Коротко пройдемо з вами апартаменти й особисто їх приймемо.
