1. Parkování
Arriving by car? Message us right away
We can only reserve a parking space for you if you send us a text message to ••• ••• ••• as soon as possible. Ideally right now. Please include:
- that you would like a parking space,
- the phone number you will use to open the car park gate,
- your car's licence plate number.
We have to register your number in the gate system in advance, so this cannot be left to the last minute. Without this message, we unfortunately cannot provide a parking space.

2. Brána
Krok 01
When the gate is open
On weekdays (Monday to Friday) the gate is open from 6:00 to 18:00. In the evening, at night and all day at weekends it is closed. You open it by making a phone call to +420 725 582 214. Nobody will answer: you will hear a busy tone and the gate will start to open.

For the gate to open
- Call from the phone number you gave us in advance. If your phone has two SIM cards, call from the one with that number.
- Make a regular phone call, not via WhatsApp or any other app.
- Your number must not be hidden (switch off caller ID blocking).

Arrival from the street
Your landmark is the corner of the building with the LIBRA ELECTRONICS sign (seen head-on). The car park entrance is by the brown fence with the „Parkovací místa“ (parking) sign.

Towards the passage
Enter the courtyard and continue towards the passage under the round NuArt sign (the wall with the ELECTRONICS sign is on your right).

Drive through the passage
Drive through the passage to the other side. The gate has a 3.3 m height limit. Mind the height of your vehicle.

After the passage bear right
After the passage, bear gently right. The parking spaces are along the opposite wall.

Destination: space No. 14
Your space is the gold „Gentle Harmony 14“ by the wall. Please park here only.

Krok 01
Down the stairs
Go down the stairs from your floor to the ground floor. At the end of the corridor, you will see the glass door leading to the garden.

The glass door is at the end of the ground-floor corridor. On the right-hand side next to the door, there is a keypad.

Enter the code
Enter the code on the keypad and confirm it. The door will unlock and open to the garden.

Quiet away from the city
The door leads into a quiet garden. There is greenery and seating, away from the city noise.
To relax
Morning and evening
In the morning you can have coffee here, in the afternoon you sit in the shade. After a day in the city it is a good place for a glass of wine too.

Consideration
Guests from several apartments share the garden. Please keep it quiet and tidy, and be considerate. So everyone can enjoy it the same way.

When returning, please check that the door has closed properly. Take the code with you.

In ogni appartamento c’è una televisione con l’app Lepší.TV, già collegata e inclusa nel soggiorno.
1. Accendete la TV e sul telecomando premete il pulsante della home.
2. Nel menu scegliete la prima voce, l’app Lepší.TV.
3. Guardate i programmi in diretta o in differita fino a 30 giorni.
Programmi anche nella vostra lingua: tedeschi (ZDF, Das Erste, 3sat), inglesi (CNN International, Bloomberg), francesi (France 2, TV5MONDE), polacchi (Polsat, TVN) e ucraini (1+1 International, ICTV). Sulla TV c’è anche YouTube.

Co u nás platí, jednoduše a napřímo
No smoking
We do not smoke in the apartments, shared spaces or by the house, including e-cigarettes. The same applies to open fire and scented candles.
Bikes
Bikes do not belong in the apartment. We arrange storage individually. Write to us before arrival if you need something.
No pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed. This applies in the apartments and in the shared spaces.
Quiet in the evening
We are a small house in the middle of the city. Please be considerate of neighbours, especially in the evening and at night.
4. Odjezd
Check-out is by 10:00. The evening before departure we will agree the exact time together. We will walk through the apartment with you briefly and take it over in person.
